Division 1 Soccer at East Carolina University, Shanghai International Indoor Women’s League Soccer and the only woman to play for the Shanghai Cosmos F.C.
Why are you passionate about coaching?

What type of certifications/ training have you received?
- NCEP Personal Training Certification.
- AI Kettle Bell 1&2.
- F45 Ybell Certification.
- F45 Body Movement & Patterns.
- Xpert Pole Beginner Level 1&2.
Personal Hobbies?
Chasing my son, working out with my husband and working towards my other dream of being an actor.

Hopefully giving athletes all the tools I as a player didn’t have.
