Why are you passionate about coaching?


“It’s my way of giving back to my community and to give wisdom to the next generation to give them the honesty of what it really takes to get to the next level to give the honesty on how this sports business works and how it’s changing everyday. My main personal message as a coach is to build strong and confident young men and women to be better athletes but be elite students, sons/daughters, teammates, leaders and to be good people. They are the future leaders of our world and it’s our job as coaches to not only help them reach there goals as athletes, but to also be that extra person in there life to teach them core values and life skills.”



Which sports have you played competitively?

Played football and ran track from age 5-18.
Played high school at Kell High School All state in track and football.
Parade All American number 5 ranked RB in the country. Kell high school HOF & Georgia high school football HOF CLASS OF 2024.
Played college football at Georgia tech 3 yrs
3x All- ACC 2x All American ACC POY ACC Offensive POY ACC CHAMP 2009.
Drafted in the NFL played 7yrs 2010-2013 with the Pittsburgh Steelers 2014-2016 with the Arizona Cardinals.



Personal Hobbies?


“Family man enjoy being around my wife and my 3 kids. I love movies and being around friends and family.”



Coaching Experience?


I’ve been training at fury since 2016. I’m also a varsity football and track coach for Kell high school since 2021. I am the runningback coach and Run Game Coordinator. I have been GHSA Football assistant of the year and RB coach of the year.

Level 3 certification in personal training
